This villa is part of the "Villas MOLINS", group of 12 villas with their own private pool and garden. Located in Denia, Las Marinas, just 400m. of the beach "Molins".
These villas have capacity for 6 people. With two floors, upstairs there is one bedroom with shower room en suite. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, lounge dining room with t.v. (satellite) and kitchen completely equipped (washingmachine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coofee machine, toaster…)
The photos are generalized since we have a group of 12 villas, practically equal.
The exterior consist in a "Mediterranean garden", private pool with metal steps, equipped terrace with garden furnitures and sunbeds.

In Denia all is beauty: sandy beaches, rocky coves .... blue and green colors of the Mediterranean sea. 20 kilometers of coastline result in different types of beach.
"Els Molins" is a sandy beach, with an approximate extension of one and a half kilometres in length, it has beach-bar shacks, sun-beds and shades to rent, along with pedalos and windsurfing.
