Beautiful villa in a residential area with 850m2 fenced plot. The huge private pool is 10x5m with Roman steps, a maximum depth of 2m and a minimum of 1.3m. The outdoor shower is next to the stone barbecue. The house has a covered terrace with access to the house and a beautiful lawned garden with palm trees and a variety of plants.
The house consists of a living room with TV / SAT with access to the previously mentioned terrace with access to the pool. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee machine, kettle and ceramic hob and has an exit to the rear terrace ideal for breakfast. The villa consists of two double bedrooms with 180c beds, both with air conditioning and mosquito nets. A bathroom with a shower and a round bathtub. From the entrance of the house there is an internal staircase that leads to the upper floor where there is another bathroom with a shower. The house has a private parking with space for two vehicles. Pets up to 10 kg are allowed.
