The villa is located in Els Poblets, a town near Denia (10km) very close to the beach. It has 3 bedrooms and its capacity is for 6 people.
The 220 m² accommodation is comfortable and large, overlooking the garden and pool.
The fully fenced plot is ideal for traveling with children, as they can play without problem. Next to the private pool there is a barbecue ideal for mild summer nights. It has hammocks, outdoor tables and chairs to enjoy the surroundings.
The house has a fireplace, internet access (wifi), central heating, air conditioning in all bedrooms and satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, German).
Upon entering we find the spacious and perfectly furnished living / dining room, next to it is the fully equipped kitchen with: hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and juicer .
In the corridor there are 2 of the bedrooms, both with double beds. Next to them is the bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet.
From the outside there is access to the study, in which there is a room with a double bed, a living / dining room, a complete bathroom with shower and a second fully equipped kitchen.
Electricity included from June to September. From October to May:
100 kw / week incl. The cost per extra kW consumed will be € 0.30 per kW.
