Well-kept villa on fenced land located in a residential area just 2.5km from the beach. Garden with palms, cypresses, hibiscus and grass. The pool is 8x4m with Roman steps, a maximum depth of 1.80m and a minimum of 1.20m and an outdoor shower.
The house is accessed through a glazed terrace and garden furniture. Once inside we find a living room with air conditioning, satellite TV and a fireplace.
Besideto the living room is the open kitchen with a breakfast bar equipped with a ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, toaster oven, microwave and a two-door refrigerator.
We continue with the two double rooms, both with two single beds and with air conditioning, mosquito nets and fitted wardrobes. Between the rooms is the bathroom with shower.
Distance to the town center 800m, bars and restaurants 700m and the center of Denia 9 km.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
