Description
Lovely villa in Denia just 150m from the sea. The 600 m2 plot is fully fenced. The garden has a wide variety of plants, palm trees and lawn. The swimming pool is 7x4 m with a Roman staircase, a maximum depth of 1.80m and a minimum of 1m, and an outdoor shower. Access to the property is through a covered terrace with garden furniture.
Once inside, we find the living/dining room with a ceiling fan, satellite TV with a flat screen. For the winter months, the house has central gas heating and a fireplace to warm the house. Next to the living room is the fully renovated and equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer, etc.
The house has a master bedroom with 90cm joined beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, where the washing machine is located. The second bedroom has two 90cm joined single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Opposite the bedroom is another bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets.
Outside, a spiral staircase leads to an upper terrace with incredible views.
Parking is within the plot.
The distance to the beach is 450m. There are also bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area. The distance to Denia is 8 Km.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October 1st to April 30th, for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the conditions of the agency.
Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
