Uitstekend. Hier kom je tot rust. De nederlandstalige zenders op TV waren, uiteraard, een pluspunt.
Het bijna voor de deur voorbijkomen van de Vuelta was een bijkomende voltreffer!

LAY OUT: This villa is spread over one single floor. Has two bedrooms, both with double beds and air conditioning units, one bedroom has a nice bathroom with a tub. There is also a second bathroom with shower. It also has a beautiful and spacious living room with a modern iron fireplace, the living room has access to a furnished covered terrace where you can enjoy a great breakfast and the views to the mountain. A fully equipped open plan kitchen communicating with the living room.
EXTERIOR: The 1000 m2 plot, has several terraces. The beautiful pool is located on the side of the house, it has a large space with sun loungers to enjoy the magnificent Mediterranean weather. Next to the entrance, a covered terrace with a table, we like to point out the beautiful plant pots scattered around the villa with the different types of plants and shrubs. It provides an outdoor parking area for up to two cars.
LOCATION: The villa is located in the quiet area of Villotel, it is 5 minutes away from the fabulous town of Moraira, lovely place to enjoy the wonderful restaurants, beaches and known harbour.
