We also have a spacious dining room and lounge. A nice kitchen, a laundry room and a cloak room. EXTERIOR: The villa has a beautiful waterfall pool that blends in with the Mediterranean Sea. A large terrace surrounds the pool with various resting places as well as a gazebo. The grounds are accessed through an automatic sliding door, where there's enough parking space. LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area of Moraira. In a privileged position, from wich we can sea the coast line all the way from Moraira to Calpe. A 15min drive from the sea, coves and sandy beaches.
