This charming holiday home sleeps ten people and features five bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, free Wi-Fi and beautiful views over the green, mountainous landscape. Casa Serer is located on a quiet street in a residential area with only local traffic. You can park your car safely at the property. The shops and restaurants can be found just 2,000 metres from the house and are therefore within easy reach if you want to dine out. Spending a day at the beautiful beach, which is located at a distance of only 5 km, is another possibility. Casa Serer is wonderfully situated with plenty of privacy, and its five bedrooms mean that it enjoys a flexible layout, making this house the ideal place for families with children and for groups of young people!

Casa Serer is a fully detached holiday home, located above street level, with a living area of 250 m2 on a plot of 500 m2. Upon entry into the villa you will immediately find the fully equipped living room, which features a comfortable fabric sofa bed, a cosy fireplace, a flat-screen satellite TV and a dining table. Casa Serer benefits from two fully equipped kitchens (one of which has a large dining table, a sofa bed and an authentic fireplace) so you can make the most of your self-catering stay. Casa Serer also has a beautifully appointed separate dining and relaxation room, which has a large dining table for memorable family dinners and from which you can also access the terrace through large sliding glass doors. Casa Serer has a total of five comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 fully fitted contemporary bathrooms. The tasteful and colourful interior of this well-kept holiday home has a pleasant, cosy and authentic atmosphere which means you will feel at home here right away.

At the front of the villa, a short flight of steps leads to the lovely private swimming pool (40 m2), where you can enjoy a refreshing swim. Around the pool you can relax on one of the sunbeds either in the shade or in the sun. The beautifully landscaped, partly covered terrace has several seating areas where you can also enjoy a drink or a good book. From the balcony terrace, you can enjoy marvellous panoramic views over the beautiful green plains. In the evenings, you can meet up at the barbecue area, where you can relax in the beautiful stone seating area and enjoy your delicious grilled meal!

The surroundings of Casa Seres

The Costa Blanca, also known as the "White Coast", with its beautiful golden sandy beaches that stretch for over 200 kilometres, is the most famous coast in Spain. The Costa Blanca has numerous resorts including Alicante, Valencia, Denia, Altea, Albir and Calpe, but the best-known is Benidorm with its wide range of shops and restaurants, beautiful skyline and vibrant nightlife.

However, the Costa Blanca has more to offer than its beautiful, white, sandy beaches and azure blue sea, such as six nature parks (including the Salinas, special salt lakes that are said to have a healing effect), picturesque fishing villages, the waterfalls and springs of heavenly Algar and beautiful cultural attractions and sights.

During your stay on the Costa Blanca, visiting the beautiful city of Alicante with its many shops, sights and promenades is definitely a must, as is beautiful, historic Valencia, which is Spain’s third-largest city, after Madrid and Barcelona. Valencia has a rich history dating back over 2,000 years, but you can also shop here and enjoy the nightlife.
