Distribution of the villa:

The villa is distributed on a single floor which is accessed by a short flight of stairs and opens onto a beautiful porch that surrounds half the house with sofas and garden furniture to relax, and a large table to eat outside. The first thing we found is a spacious living room with sofas, tv, wood-burning fireplace and air conditioning. A room with two single beds, a second room with a bunk bed and a single bed, a third room with a double bed and air conditioning, and a fourth room with two single beds. A fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a bathroom with a shower and a second full bathroom with a bathtub.
The entire villa has plenty of natural light, wide spaces and an open view.

The plot has two entrances, both closed by automatic doors. One gives access to the upper part of the plot with direct access to the house and the other gives the lower part of the plot with space to park several vehicles and a closed garage for one car.
The pool area is very spacious and with open views, with a wooden pergola and relaxation area where you can enjoy great moments with your family or friends, a portable gas barbecue, sunbeds for sunbathing, an outdoor shower and a large swimming pool with Roman masonry stairs to access its interior.
