On this floor you will also find three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with twin beds; as well as a bathroom with bathtub. The UPPER FLOOR is distributed in a beautiful living room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, two bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom with three single beds and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other one with a shower).
EXTERIOR: Pleasant enclosed plot, with a pool area (pool measures 9x4), ideal to chill out and enjoy your holidays. It has a barbecue where you can cook the outdoor meals.
DISTANCES: The villa is in a privileged residential area due to its proximity to the beach (1,3 km), in addition to Moraira town centre, supermarket and all services (1,3 km).
EXTRAS: Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 40€ per stay. It is possible to accommodate one more person with a supplement of 84€ per week.
