LAYOUT: This large villa is spread over three floors connected by both an inner and an outer staircase to the ground floor. On the first floor we have a large bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace. On the main floor are two bedrooms (both with single beds) and a flat shower room. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. There's a large dining room with several seating areas and finally a covered terrace. The ground floor has ample space for eating and cooking with the family. EXTERIOR: The villa has a large plot of 2000m2 in which we access through an automatic door and where we can park our cars. Surrounding the villa, a garden with various trees, palm trees and grass. There's a large pool where you can freshen up and sun loungers. On the terrace there are shaded areas. LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area of Moraira, near the village and its famous cove of El Portet. A wonderful area to enjoy the best Mediterranean coast.
