Villa Marina Baladrar is a detached holiday villa on two floors, located at street level, with a living area of 150 m2. The entrance to the villa is on the ground floor, where you will find the fully equipped living room with sea views. The bright living room has a comfortable corner sofa, a fireplace, satellite TV and an adjoining dining room for six people. From here you also have direct access to the beautifully landscaped terrace with private swimming pool. Villa Marina Baladrar has a fully fitted country-style kitchen, equipped with all amenities to complement your self-catering stay. On this floor you will also find four fully equipped bedrooms and one contemporary bathroom with shower, basin and WC. On the second floor, you will find one bedroom and one contemporary bathroom, and access to the balcony terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. The Costa Blanca, also known as the "White Coast", with its beautiful golden sandy beaches and length of 200 kilometres, is the most famous coast in the whole of Spain. Moraira is rich in intimate little bays but also has slightly larger beaches for those who are looking for something a bit livelier.

Moraira has a beautiful marina, nice shops and cosy restaurants. It is also very worthwhile to follow the coast road from Moraira to the south, to Calpe, during your stay. Known as one of the most beautiful routes on the Costa Blanca, you can enjoy beautiful views over the Mediterranean, steep rocks and the beautiful pine forests. Along the route, you will also find plenty of picturesque restaurants, so you can enjoy the varied, beautiful surroundings in a very relaxing way.
