Beautiful holiday villa with private pool in Moraira (Costa Blanca) for 10 people, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, spread over two floors.
INTERNAL: The GROUND FLOOR consists of an entrance hall, two bedrooms each with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub. On the UPPER FLOOR, which can be reached via internal stairs, there is a spacious living room with TV / SAT with access to the terrace balcony, from which we can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea. An open kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. A large bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. A bedroom with two single beds and finally a bathroom with shower.
EXTERNAL: You can enjoy the 8.5x4.5 kidney-shaped pool with roman steps, metal steps and an outdoor shower, or you can prepare outdoor meals in the wonderful barbecue. There is a laundry room and a parking space for a vehicle on the same property.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area due to the very quiet area and proximity to the sea. The nearest bay is 1.1 km away and the closest restaurant is 700 meters away. The sandy beach and town center of Moraira are 2.3 km away.
