Spacious and beautiful modern-style estate on a fenced 4,000 sq.m plot in a quiet location within the Montgó Natural Park. Large tree-lined garden with a variety of plants, palm trees, and lawn. Covered barbecue area with the possibility of cooking. 14x5m swimming pool with Roman steps and diving board. From the entrance of the house, you can access the upper floor, where there is a double bedroom (1.50 bed) with sea views and a shower bathroom. A living room with TV/SAT and a fireplace with access to the rear garden.
On the other hand, there is access to a small living room with a sofa and two double bedrooms (one with a 150 bed and the other two 90s) with a bathroom each.
Large equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooker, combined microwave, two-door fridge and ironing room with washing machine and access to the garden and barbecue, as well as a hallway leading to the living-dining room with stereo and the other access to the upper floor.
Garage for one car and parking within the plot at the entrance. Distance to Denia and the sea 10km, supermarkets, bars/restaurants 3km. Car is required.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October 1 to April 30 for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency\'s conditions.
Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
