Casa Cris is a fully detached ground-floor holiday property, located at street level, with a living area of 110 m2 on a plot of 1,865 m2. Upon entering, you will come into the fully equipped living room, which features a comfortable fabric sofa bed, a cosy fireplace, cable TV and a dining table for six people. From the living room, you have access to the lovely outdoor area, from which you can enjoy beautiful views. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make the most of your self-catering stay. There are also four comfortable bedrooms and two fully equipped contemporary bathrooms. The tasteful and colourful interior of this well-kept holiday home has a cosy, typically Spanish atmosphere where you will feel at home right away.

At the front of the villa you will find the gorgeous private swimming pool (21 m2) to cool off in during the hot summer months. The swimming pool can be reached from the landscaped terrace, where you can also enjoy a drink or a good book on one of the sun loungers. Casa Cris also has a small outdoor kitchen with a built-in stone barbecue, sink and running water. Here you can prepare the most delicious meals to enjoy al fresco.

The surroundings of Casa Cris

The Costa Blanca, also known as the "White Coast", is perhaps the most famous coastline in Spain, with a length of 200 kilometres. The beautiful golden sandy beaches are interspersed with steep rocks rising from the sea, providing small, sheltered bays that make you forget the mass tourism for a while

The Costa Blanca has large numbers of resorts, of which Benidorm is the best known with its wide range of shops and restaurants, beautiful skyline and always-bustling nightlife. But the popular seaside resorts of Alicante, Valencia, Denia, Altea, Albir and Calpe also guarantee a wonderful, relaxing holiday.

However, the Costa Blanca has plenty to offer apart from its beautiful, white, sandybeaches and azure sea, such as six nature parks (including the Salinas, special salt lakes that are said to have a healing effect), picturesque fishing villages, the waterfallsand the springs of the heavenly Algar and beautiful cultural attractions and sights.

With the highest number of sunshine hours per year in Europe, and an average temperature of 24 degrees, this beautiful area is also popular for wintertime stays.

If you visit the Costa Blanca in March, we recommend that you take a look at the celebration of LasFallas. Here, huge figures made of Papier-Maché are paraded around, and on the evening of 19th March, after a parade, sinister fireworks are set off.
