Een extra toilet op pool-niveau ware een pluspunt. Afhankelijk van windrichting was er enkele dagen sterke vervuiling/fijn stof/ lichte geluidshinder tijdens werkdagenvan de over de heuvel gelegen steengroeve, waar de eigenaar vermoedelijk niks aan kan doen. Zou ons echter niet stoppen om terug te gaan naar deze finca.

Impressive villa with private pool located in Teulada (COSTA BLANCA) for 8 people, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed on a single floor.
INTERIOR: This beautiful rustic-style villa has a spacious living room with SAT / DTT TV, access to the terrace and the pool area. An open kitchen fully equipped with hob and dishwasher. Three bedrooms with a double bed each, one of them with a bathroom with bathtub and shower en suite. One bedroom with two single beds. Finally there is a bathroom with shower. The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. The ground floor is closed and uninhabited.
EXTERIOR: Large terrace and impressive 11.5x5.5 pool with beach-style work ramp and outdoor shower. There is a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and parking on the same plot for three vehicles.
LOCATION: This villa is 3 km from the nearest supermarket and the center of Teulada. The coves are about 8 km away and the sandy beach of Moraira is 11 km away.
OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with supplement.
