Beautiful house tastefully decorated in rustic style, located in a quiet residential area of Begur, 4,5 km from some of the most charming beaches of the Costa Brava and 3 km from the centre of the beautiful village of Begur.
With a constructed area of 120 m2, it has two floors. On the ground floor we find the hall, the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom en suite with bathroom with bathtub and exit to the terrace, one bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower. From the living room there is access to the porch and the beautiful and sunny garden with swimming pool, where you will enjoy fantastic moments of relax surrounded by nature.
The upper floor consists of a double suite with a bathroom with shower. You can park your car in an outdoor area within the plot.
