Parchtig huis met fantastische ligging met mooi zwembad, tuin en uitzicht. Alleen jammer dat er wat steken zijn late vallen ('foute bezuinigingen') die hier een echte topper van zouden kunnen maken (lees alles uitstekend):
Achterstallig onderhoud: Zwembad meubilair is aan vervanging toe (vol met scheuren / kapot).
Aanbeveling 1: Omdat het huis geen airco heeft zou een kleine investering voor 4 tafel model ventilatoren voor de slaapkamers gewenst zijn (deze hebben we nu zelf maar gekocht en al voor jullie achter gelaten - 17 euro per stuk, waar hebben we het over).
Verbeterpunt 1: Verder zou het eenvouding zijn om twee plafond fans te installeren voor het teras boven en bij de overkapping (bij barbecue) beneden. Voor een paar honder Euro investeren is dit een echte topper, nu gewoon ok.
Verbeterpunt 2: zorg voor 8 stoelen bij boven terras als het huis voor 8 personen verhuurd word. Kijk of er geen alternatief is voor de ietwat oncomfortabele plastic stapel stoelen die er nu staan.
Fijn dat kapotte waterkoker direct vervangen werd.

Your holiday villa near Calonge
Alejandria is located in the beautiful and quiet urbanization of Mas Pallí, in Calonge, 4500 metres from the beach. This spacious house has a constructed area of 450 m2 and consists of two floors.
On the main floor there is a living-dining room with access to a nice terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views to the mountain, a fully equipped kitchen-diner, two double bedrooms, one of them with access to the terrace, one bedroom with two beds and two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other one with shower.
The first floor consists of a bedroom suite with two beds and a bathroom with bathtub.
From the main floor there is access via stairs to a lower level where you will find a fantastic garden with swimming pool and a pleasant summer dining room equipped with barbecue and kitchen, where you can enjoy pleasant summer meals.
The surroundings of your villa
Costa Brava, with it's length of about 100 km, runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. This makes the Costa Brava a very popular holiday destination for tourist who travel by car. In the South of the Costa Brava you will find the La Selva district, between the town of Blanes and Tossa de Mar. All Club Villamar villas are situated in this district.
The Romans too knew that your days are best spend at the 'Rough Coast'. In the several fisherman villages you will find remains of this period, with the burrow of Tossa de Mar as a jewel on the crown. The kindness of the climate ( in winter the temperatures rarely drops below zero degrees and well is well above 30 degres in the summer), make it possible to enjoy this extraordinarily beautiful rugged coastline and the several sandy beaches year round.
Together with the hearthwarming character of the local populace, the rich historical past, the lovely green hills and the varied exquisite kitchen makes the Costa Brava a holiday region which has a lot going for itself. Drawn by these riches, many famous artist have found serenity and peace at this Spanish part of coast.
