Villa Arxiduc is situated in a quiet residential area below street level and has an overall living area of 150m2. As you enter the house through the front door you arrive at the fully furnished living room which includes flat screen satellite TV and a DVD player. Also located here is the fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, the dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The functional interior of the villa features warm colours and the cosy, intimate atmosphere will make you feel instantly at home. In addition, the villa benefits from central heating for the colder days, and free Wi-Fi. Your car can also be parked securely on site.

On the side of the villa you will find the beautiful private swimming pool, where you can relax on one of the sunbeds on the adjoining terrace. The villa also features a landscaped garden, a stone barbecue and paved terraces where you can dine al fresco, both in the sun and in the shade. Villa Arxiduc is located in the Spanish Costa Brava region. The Costa Brava has a total length of about 100 kilometres and runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. Due to its ideal location the Costa Brava is a very popular destination for tourists who go on holiday by car.

In several fishing villages in this region you can still find remains from Roman times, with the showpiece being the castle of Tossa de Mar. The Romans, in their time, had already noticed that the “Rugged Coast”, literally the Costa Brava, was a perfect place to stay.
