Nice holiday home near the center of Calonge

Nice house situated in a quiet urbanization, only 1 km from the centre of Calonge.  Goette has a constructed area of 200 m2 on a plot of 800m2 and it is distributed in two floors.

On the ground floor we find the living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the living room there is access to the garden and the swimming pool, where you can relax and enjoy a refreshing swim on hot summer days.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of them with double bed and one with two beds. There is also a bathroom with shower.

You can park your car inside the plot.

In the village of Calonge it is essential to visit its castle built in the 11th century, one of the most imposing fortresses in the area, as well as its old town with its medieval streets.
