Nous avons loué cette maison en pensant qu’il y avait la climatisation partout dans la maison. Or elle n’était que dans le salon et la suite parentale. Les 6 personnes dormant à l’étage ont eu extrêmement chaud. Le matériel de la maison en général était assez vieux et usé … voir cassé.

On the second floor there are two twin bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and sofa- bed that has capacity for 2 children or 1 adult and 1 bathroom. The interior of Nuis is practical . The inside is a mix of different colours . Nuis has a built surface of 150 square meters. You have to your disposal a designed garden of 1300m2. You find the swimming pool at the backside of your villa. You reach the swimming pool through the terrace . Here you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun and outdoor life. This holdiay residence is very suitable for families because of the big personal space. The air conditioning is in a living room and master bedroom.
