The villa is only a 6 minute walk to the beaches of Empuries, fine sandy beaches surrounded by the pine forest. A very quiet place. On the other hand the services are also very close (supermarket 500 meters, restaurant 300 meters, the old town of L'Escala is 600 meters). The promenade from Sant Marti of Empuries to L'Escala is over 2 km and is perfect for lovers of hiking and cycling.
The villa has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay with the whole family. The pool of 50 m2, a porch with dining area and bar area surrounded by flowers, and grass area where children can play and run freely. The porch area has shade and access to the bathroom with shower. It's a perfect vacation rental home!
The holiday rental villa has 300 m2 and has a large living room with access to the terrace with stunning views. A large, modern and very well equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with two double beds, one with its own dressing room and bathroom en suite. Third bedroom has three single beds. In total there are three bathrooms. There is private parking for two cars.
In the house can sleep 7 people in total. YOUNG GROUPS WON'T BE ACCEPTED!

Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
