Beautiful house recently renovated, located in a very quiet area of ​​L´Escala. It’s only 12 minutes walk from the beach of Riells, and the promenade.The beach promenade of Riells offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment facilities for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc. The house has two large private terraces, in front and behind the house. It also has a communal pool, which is available ONLY during July and August. The house is divided into two floors. It consists of two double rooms, and a room with bunk bed. Two bathrooms with showers, large living-dining room with exit to the front terrace, and american kitchen with exit to the rear terrace. The terrace is equipped with barbecue and garden furniture. The house has a garage and there is also possibility of park in the street for free. In the house can sleep a total of 6 people, in two double beds and bunk bed. here is also the possibility of joining the neighboring house to accommodate two familie. Pets are welcome and have a supplement. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg is allowed. Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency.
