This Villa has a very large garden, of 900 m2, with fishes and turtles. Private pool and sea views. An amazing place for your vacation!
The house is located a few meters away from the Natural Park of Montgrí. Where you can enjoy nature, and do activities such as cycling, hiking, climbing, and much more. Also, 15 minutes walking from the house, you will find the beautiful Cala Montgó, one of the most beautiful beaches of Costa Brava.
The house is distributed in: living room with fireplace and exit to the terrace. Modern and fully equipped kitchen with exit to the garden. Two rooms with a double bed in each one, and one room with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bathtub. And a large terrace overlooking the sea, where you can relax and enjoy the quietness.
Outside there is a private space to park 2 cars and also a parking area for a medium sized boat.
In total in the house can sleep 6 people: in 2 double beds (1.50cm), and 2 individual beds (0.90cm).
Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency.
Bed linen is included in the price.
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00 .
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 6.70 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation)
