Cozy house with private pool, wide garden and porch, just 8 minutes from the beach.
This beautiful holiday home is located in one of the best places to vacation in L´Escala, at 650 meters from the spacious beach Riells. The promenade of the beach offers a variety of activities, restaurants, bars, shops and amusement park.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor you will find the porch, with access to the garden and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there is the open and very well equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. The whole house is very well maintained, has large spaces and lots of light.
In total in the house can sleep 7 people (2 double beds, 1 single bed and a double sofa bed).
Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
