Spectacular Villa with panoramic view of the town of L'Escala and the Mediterranean Sea. Located between the beach of Riells - ideal to go with family, a beach of fine sand and shallow waters - and Cala Montgó, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava.
The Villa is divided into three floors. On the first floor is the living room, with access to a large terrace where you can enjoy long meals overlooking the sea. Two kitchens. A bedroom with a double bed. And a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
On the second floor there is a small living room, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds in each, and a bathroom with bathtub.
Outside there is the magnificent garden, the barbecue, and a large swimming pool where you can relax. It is the perfect place to spend your holidays with family or friends.
In total 10 people can stay: in 6 single beds and 2 double beds.
Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
