Beautiful villa with private pool, located in the best area of L'Escala, just 250m away from the beach and the magnificent seafront; overlooking the bay of Roses and the Pyrenees. On the seafront you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, water activities and entertainment venues.
This house, cozy and modern, consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is the dining room, the living room and the kitchen, with access to the terrace and garden. Two rooms, one with a double bed and one with a trundle bed. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. On the first floor, there is a room with a double bed, exit to the terrace, and a bathroom with bathtub.
Outside there is barbecue area, large private pool, and garden; where you can relax and spend a dream vacation. It also has a space to park the car.
In total in the villa can sleep 6 people: in 2 double beds and in 2 single beds.
Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 6.70 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
