This house is rented in L'Escala in the Riells de Dalt area, it is about a fifteen minute walk from Riells Beach and five minutes from the Montgrí Natural Park. The house has capacity for six people and is distributed on one floor.
There is a living room with a sofa and a dining table along with the fully equipped kitchen, with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, drip coffee maker and microwave.
There are three rooms, two of them with double beds and another room with two single beds, in the same corridor there are two bathrooms with a bathtub.
The exterior of the house invites you to spend a very quiet family holiday, the private pool measures 4m x 8m, with sun loungers, a 'chill out' area, an outdoor table and a built-in barbecue. At the rear of the house, there is covered parking for three cars and stairs leading to a terrace with views.
The house has internet. There is no air conditioning.

Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
