The impressive villa Catalina is in perfect condition with a large private pool and only 5 minutes walk from the beaches of Empúries in L`Escala.
This villa has everything you need for a comfortable holidays. On the first floor we find a living room with beautiful views and access to the terrace, a large dining room, large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and a toilet.
On the top floor are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, double bedroom with complete bathroom (shower and bath). This bedroom also has a terrace with stunning views over the village and mountains. On the ground floor is located a spacious living room with kitchen and exit to the garden area with barbecue and big pool. Also here is a bathroom with shower.
The villa is located in a privileged and very quiet area, just 450 meters from the beaches and promenade of Empuries. Walking through the quiet ride Empuries accessed in 10 minutes the old medieval village of Sant Martí d`Empuries with a variety of restaurants or the old part of L`Escala with a variety of shops and entertainment. The nearest supermarket is 700 meters.
In total in the house can sleep 8 people in 4 single beds and 2 double beds.
Bed linen is included in the price.
Check in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday please contact the agency. The place of key collection: the agency.
