The villa is located in the heart of the village, a privileged and very quiet place, only 450m from the beach and 160m from one of the best restaurants in La Escala. The holiday house has a large private pool and beautiful garden of 1000m2.
This villa has everything you need for a very comfortable holiday. On the first floor we find a living / dining room with access to the terrace with sea view, a large and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, a guest toilet, three large bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the upper floor is a double bedroom with exit to the terrace with stunning view over the village and the sea, a full bathroom with bath.
In total in the house can sleep 7 people in 3 double beds of approx. 150cm and 1 single bed of 90cm approx.
Bed linen is included in the price.
Check in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday please contact the agency. The place of key collection: the agency.
Optional payment services: set of shower towels, pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay, late check in after 8:00 PM.
