Cozy house with pool and private garden, perfect for a family holiday or a couple. It is 1.5 km away from the beach of Riells, and only 50 m to the Natural Park of Montgrí, an ideal environment for hiking, cycling, or other activities and enjoy nature.
The house is divided in two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with access to the garden, kitchen (fully equipped with basic kitchen utensils), a room with two single beds, a bathroom, and the laundry room with a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed en suite, a bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom with bathtub.
In the house can accommodate 6 people: 2 double beds, 2 single beds.
Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 6.70 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
