Villa Arian

Villa Arian is located on a street with only local traffic, in the quiet residential area Turó de Lloret. Its parking provides plenty of space to park your car. Find out what this practical, and modern, villa has to offer you with its 185 m2.

The ground floor (entrance) You’ll reach Villa Arian’s front door following the steps downwards. Inside, you’ll be welcomed by a warm and bright interior. On the ground floor, you’ll find a modern and homely living room, which is connected to the kitchen, which is partially open. From the couch, you’ll enjoy the relaxed and magnificent views while watching TV. You can extend your living room opening the balcony’s sliding doors. On this floor, you’ll also find a bathroom.
The first lower level (-1) (reachable by internal stairs) On this floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The rooms at the pool side have access to a balcony.
The appartment (-2) This lovely appartment can be reached by external stairs and is located on the same level as the pool. In the appartment you’ll find a second living room, with an open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The villa’s surroundings At the back of the villa is where you‘ll find your private pool. If you're on the ground floor or on the first lower level, you can access the pool through the outer stairs. The pool is on the same level as the appartment. You can get to pool via the sliding doors, or through a separate entrance. On this level, you'll also find the stone BBQ.

Turó de Lloret From Lloret de Mar’s centre, follow the coastal road towards Tossa de Mar. One of the first green hills on your left is the one from the residential area Roca Grossa (which means big rock) and Turó de Lloret. In the second area is where you’ll find Villa Arian. It is perfect to enjoy a relaxing holiday, because it's easy to reach, though far enough from the mass tourism, surrounded by natural landscape. You’ll finally be able to spend some time together with your family, or friends, without being disturbed.
Just before the urbanization, you'll find a large supermarket, the beach, and Lloret de Mar's centre. In about 2 km, you'll be at Lloret de Mar’s main beach. On the wide beach, Playa de Lloret, many water sport activities are offered during the summer season.

Things you can do during your stay at Villa Arian

Lloret de Mar is famous for its vibrant nightlife and for being a village where fun comes first. But there's so much more waiting for you. In Lloret de Mar, there are also many traces of the past. This reflects in architectural delights, such as the Sant Romà’s Church, the Castle of Sant Joan, the statue of the fisherman's wife (la Dona Marinera), and other pre-Roman, and Arab art works and buildings. You'll be amazed when you stroll through Lloret de Mar’s maze of small streets.

It’s really worth the effort to visit the typical old fishermen's village, 10 km up north, Tossa de Mar. It has an extremely cosy centre, and its medieval architecture endows it with an enchanting and romantic atmosphere.
You’ll easily move in and around Lloret de Mar thanks to the public transport, though you can also take a taxi or rent a car. The centre and the surrounding area offer you many opportunities to experience an enjoyable holiday. Visit the Pitch & Putt track, the water park (Water World), the 2-in-1 water park/dolphinarium (Marineland), the riding stables, the outdoor parks, or the sport centres.
