The upper floor of the villa remains unoccupied during the rental season.The ground floor is wheelchair friendly. The surroundings of your villa

California is closely located near Lloret de Mar, so you won’t have to go far for the liveliness of the centre and the sandy beach. Lloret is of course mostly known for its lively night life and the wonderful beach. You can try out one of the many water sport activities. But did you know that the city was founded from pre-Roman settlements, that you can still view to this day? Main showpieces are the architectural treasures of the church of San Roma, the castle of Sant Joan and several hermit chapels. The botanical gardens of Marimutra in Blanes are also worth visiting or Vidreres, a nice typical Catalan town which is only 15 kilometres away. Not many tourists come here, so you can really mingle in with the Spanish locals. It has a nice church with a lot of shops around it. Or what do you think of visiting the city of Barcelona? This mundane city is only 80 kilometres away. Here you can enjoy some culture, shopping and tapas.
