This ideally situated 3-bedroom villa has a private pool and stunning views over the Mediterranean. Villa Esmalita is located in a quiet street in a residential area, with only local traffic. Your car can be securely parked in the garage. Due to its convenient location and child friendly environment, this very quiet detached holiday villa is ideal for families, and is located just 2400 metres from the beach.

Villa Esmalita is located below street level and has a living space of 70m2. The entrance is on the first floor, which is reached via a short staircase. As you enter the house through the front door, you step into the fully furnished living room which among other things offers satellite TV and a DVD player. Also located here are the fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The functional interior of the villa has a cosy, typically Spanish atmosphere.

At the rear of the villa, a staircase gives access to the beautiful private pool where you can enjoy a refreshing dip and where the children can splash around wonderfully. The beautiful landscaped garden with several terraces, along with the stone barbecue, invites you to delicious al fresco dining under theSpanish sun.

Villa Esmalita is located in the Spanish Costa Brava region, and can be found a short distance from the cosmopolitan resort of Lloret. The Costa Brava has a total length of about 100 kilometres and runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. Due to its ideal location, the Costa Brava is a very popular destination for tourists who go on holiday by car.

In several fishing villages in this region you can still find remains from Roman times, with the showpiece being the castle of Tossa de Mar. The Romans, in their time, had already noticed that the “Rugged Coast”, i.e. the Costa Brava, was a perfect place to stay.

The Costa Brava enjoys a wonderful Mediterranean climate which ensures that in the winter months the temperature rarely drops below zero degrees, while in summer it is around 30 degrees. Given the mild climate, it is possible to enjoy the extraordinarily beautiful rocky coastline and the various sandy beaches that the Costa Brava offers at all times of the year.

The extremely hospitable and friendly nature of the locals, the rich historical culture, the beautiful wooded surroundings and the varied cuisine, ensure that the Costa Brava is a holiday region which has much to offer its visitors.
