As you enter the property through the lockable iron gate you will find a peaceful green oasis of manicured lawn and garden complete with fishpond. Imagine having a quiet siesta in this tranquil surrounding. There is a private terrace for outdoor dining under a magnificent palm tree adjacent to a covered stone BBQ. Upon entering the villa, there is a powder room, well equipped kitchen, living and dining areas which lead on to a balcony. The view to the sea from the balcony is absolutely stunning! You have uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean coast and surrounds all the way to Blanes and beyond. Enjoy a night in, just enjoying the view, a relaxing glass of local Catalan wine and tapas. From this level you can look down on to the pool deck below. Going downstairs to the floor below, you will find 4 good size light filled bedrooms (all with built in robes) and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. There is also a utility room with a second large fridge freezer. From the side entrance, going down to the front of the property, is where you will find the your own private pool. The pool measures 8mx4m and is surrounded by a terrace. Perfect for relaxing on a sun bed. The pool is ideal for the whole family as it is 1.2m at the shallow end and 2m at the deep end. The pool is bathed in sunshine all day, from mid morning until sunset. Adjacent to the pool is a sunroom with sliding doors which is ideal for alfresco dining poolside whilst enjoying the view and the twinkling lights of the coast below. Villa Golden Eye allows guests to relax and enjoy the tranquil ambience of a beautiful garden and lawn, sitting in the shade of majestic trees or swimming in the fabulous pool in the warm sunshine of the Costa Brava.

Serra Brava is located just off the coastal road between Lloret de Mar (3km) and historic Tossa de Mar (8km). The beautiful and secluded beach of Canyelles is your closest beach at just 3km, boasting a marina and waterfront restaurant, Sybius.
The quiet enclave of Serra Brava has several tennis courts for hire as well as a communal pool and restaurant. Restaurant El Rossell serves delicious seasonal market and Mediterranean cuisine including a daily menu.

The old city centre of Lloret de Mar, is built around the beautiful Esglesia San Roma, built between 1509-1512 in Catalan Gothic style. Modern day Lloret offers an enormous variety of beach side restaurants, shops and bars. There is also Waterworld, Europe's largest water park, Go-karting, golf and horse riding as well as a recently opened world class Casino. There is truly something for everyone.
For those who want to explore this exciting region of the Costa Brava, there are bus connections from the bus station in Lloret de Mar to Blanes railway station where there is free parking. It's a cheap and easy way to travel to Barcelona. Local bus operator Sarfa, operate air conditioned coaches from Lloret bus station to key destinations along the Costa Brava including Barcelona and BCN Airport (El Prat) as well as having connections to destinations throughout Europe.
A visit to Barcelona is a must do, with its rich cultural heritage. It's the home of the architectural works of Antoni Gaudi, many of which have been designated UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Don't miss visiting the Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell. Walk La Rambla, a pedestrian mall connecting Placa De Catalunya to the Christopher Columbus statue at Port Vell. La Boqueria, the large colourful vibrant public market, some say the best in the world, is located half way down the Rambla, a great place to eat. Try El Quim or Pinoxto Bar. Why not visit Camp Nou the home of Barcelona FC? After a day of sightseeing, shopping and exploring everything that Barcelona has to offer, there is nothing better than sitting at a cute little wine bar, El Vinya Del Señor in the shadows of Barcelona's most beautiful church, the Santa Maria del Mar in the El Born district. Enjoy a glass of cava watching the street artists and locals parade past before returning home to Villa Golden Eye.
Visit Tossa De Mar (8km), an ancient fisherman's village of cobbled streets and built around an outstanding ancient castle. Villa Vella, the old quarter is a delightful mix of medieval alleys and peppered with shops, restaurants and ancient houses.
The provincial capital of Girona is only 40kms away. Stretching across the river Onyar with its pastel coloured houses and ancient quarter, the Cathedral, churches, winding alley ways and towering arches, it is steeped in history dating back to the 12th century. It has become one of Spain's hottest destinations after appearing in the 6th season of "Game of Thrones." Girona also claims fame to having the 3 Michelin starred, El Celler de Can Roca, voted the worlds best restaurant in 2013 and 2015.
Further up the coast is Figueres, - home of the Dali museum - only a short drive away.
Why not visit the stunningly beautiful coastal town of Tamariu? This tiny picture perfect horseshoe shaped beach is framed by a pine covered headland. You can enjoy lunch at one of the sensational beach front restaurants, maybe some seafood, such as chipirones (fried baby squid) and fish of the day. From there head inland to La Bisbal, a leading Catalan pottery centre, featuring shops along the main street that sell hand painted ceramics of every description from decorative wall tiles to crockery. Cadaques, is where you will find Salvador Dali's House museum at Port Ligat, a white washed fisherman's cottage with sea views, his home for 50 years.
