Location in Lloret de Mar:
Follow the coastal road from Lloret de Mar to Tossa de Mar and turn left at Serra Brava, which is a residential area in Lloret de Mar, on the Costa Brava. Within a few minutes, you'll reach your favourite holiday villa. Did you know that this urbanization has several communal pools, tennis courts, its own mini market and a restaurant?

Around the villa:
When you arrive to this holiday residence, you’ll be able to enter easily through one of the gates: the pedestrian gate or the large car gate. At the private car park, there’s space for up to 3 cars and, near the villa, you’ll find parking space for two more. There’s also a garage inside, where you can park another car and bicycles. Once you’ve parked your car, go to the left and discover your lovely garden and your beautiful pool with amazing views on the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.

Just imagine: you’re sitting next to the pool with your friends and family and you have all the privacy and peace you want. Isn’t that what everyone wants? The pool is perfect for young children and the elderly because it has Roman stairs that enable them to walk slowly into the water. Moreover, there’s an outside shower next to the pool that you can use to rinse yourself after and before every bath.
Mmmm, are you getting hungry? In the garden, you’ll find a mobile barbecue where you can prepare as many meals as you please. It’s impossible to get fed up with this villa!

Ground floor (entrance 1):
The main entrance is at the same level as the pool. When you enter, you’ll find a kitchen with a dining room for 8 people, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Every bedroom and living room in this floor has air-conditioning (with cooling or heating options), so you can sleep comfortably during the warmest nights of the summer. There’s direct access to the pool from this area.

1st floor (entrance 2):
If you want to enter from outside, you can take the little stairs leading to the 2nd entrance, or follow the indoor stairs that connect all the floors. Here you can find a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy dining/living room for 12 people.
In this floor, there’s also a guest toilet and an air-conditioned studio with a double and single bed which connect to a bathroom and a small living room with couches where you can spend a lazy afternoon.

2nd floor:
On this last floor, you’ll find the last 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From here, you can access to a large solarium of 60 m2, where you’ll be able to enjoy the sun for almost the whole day. If you feel like spending some time alone, you’ll find many hidden corners where, if you want, nobody will find you.

Villa Minerva is a complete villa where every room connects with the inside and the outside. Almost every bedroom and all living rooms have access to the big terraces and balconies, which are located on each floor and where you can enjoy the sun all day long. One of the nicest parts of this huge holiday villa is the magnificent view on the Mediterranean Sea. Another advantage is its wonderful natural luminosity, thanks to its large windows that make the villa even nicer! Every window of the villa includes a roller shutter, which will enable you to block the sun light while you’re trying to sleep in the morning.
