Villa Promesa is ideal for several families or large groups because it is spacious and is divided into two separate buildings.  Total 9 bedrooms and 6 Bathrooms.
The larger villa offers on the ground floor a spacious dining room with sitting area, kitchen and immediately next to it a large terrace where you can all eat together, small bathroom with toilet and shower and 1 bedroom (2pers.). On the first floor there are 4 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with (one with bath) shower, toilet and washing facilities.

You have access from the living room to the balcony with lounge set where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The decor is modern and well maintained and has a cozy feel.
Promesa has a built surface of 220 square meters, and has several terraces at its disposal.
You will find the swimming pool at the front of the villa from there you can also fully enjoy the beautiful view. Around the pool are sun beds where you can enjoy your holiday in peace.

To the right of the swimming pool is the smaller house which also consists of 2 floors, on the ground floor is the living room with an American brand new kitchen, 1 bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet washing facilities, and at the front on the ground floor you a cozy private terrace.
On the second floor there are 2 more bedrooms with a spacious terrace.
The villa has been completely renovated in 2018 and 2019 and outside there is also a new outside kitchen and outside toilet and shower.
Promesa is very free on a quiet street with destination traffic.
You can park your cars out of the sun and safely in the garage.

Serra Brava

This quiet residential villa area is situated in the green hills along the coast between Lloret de Mar (at 1.5 km) and Tossa de Mar. Because this area was build in the hills, it offers you a marvelous view over the green hills of the Costa Brava and the Mediterranian Sea. The urbanisation has several communal pools, tennis courts and a restaurant. The sandy beaches of Canyelles are found at approx. 3 kilometers.

Lloret de Mar

This coastal town, situated only 80 kilometers from Barcelona, has become well known in all of Europe as a cosmopolitan resort with a turbulant nightlife. In Lloret de Mar, the memories of the past perfectly combine with lovely sandy beaches. Lloret was founded from pre-Roman settlements, which can still be visited. Highlights of these architectural treasures are the Church of San Roma, the Castle of Sant Joan and the many chappels. You will also love the botanic gardens of Marimutra in Blanes. Here you can see over 3000 different species of plants. Vidreres, at 15 kilometers, is a lovely authentic Catalan village where tourist can mingle between the local populace. The towns center has a beautiful church around which the shops are situated. Lloret de Mar was once, like the neighbouring pitoresque town Tossa de Mar at only 11 kilometers, a fishermans town. In the second half of the 20th century, however it was discovered by tourism. This gives Lloret the cozy atmosphere of the old towns center with a labyrinth of shopping streets as well as an active nightlife with many pubs and clubs. On the wide sandy beaches you can enjoy many watersport activities. The good accessibility of Loret de Mar itself and the many activities like golf courses, waterparks, dolphinarium, horse riding facilities and sportscentra contribute to a perfect holiday.
