The surroundings of your residence
Tara is located nearby Lloret de Mar, for the snugness of the centre and the beach you won’t have to go far. Lloret is of course mostly known for its lively night scene and wonderful beach. You can try out one of the many water sport activities. But did you know that the beach was founded from pre-Roman settlements, that you can still view to this day? Main highlights are the architectural treasures, like the church of San Roma, the castle of Sant Joan and several hermit chapels. Other places worth visiting are the botanical gardens of Marimutra in Blanes or Vidreres, a nice typical Catalan town only 15 kilometres away. Not a lot of tourists come here, so you can really mingle in with the Spanish locals. It has a nice church with lot of shops around it. Add to that the mild climate, the great versatility of the Spanish kitchen and the many activities, like the dolfinarium, golf courses, a water park and riding schools and you holiday is complete.
