Fantastic house with modern design and decoration. Located in a quiet urbanization, Dalila is perfect to relax and enjoy the intimacy of its beautiful garden and pool area, surrounded by nature and vegetation. Children will have fun in the fantastic playground area. Located on a plot of 700 m2, this spacious house of 300 m2 is distributed on two levels.
The house is accessed through the main level where we find the living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed, one of them en suite with bathroom with bathtub and shower, one bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower.
On the lower level there is a living room, a bedroom with double bed and a toilet.
The house has a private garage for the car.
