The house has two completely separate floors with different entrances. The floor currently rented is the ground floor. The owners live on the first floor. The garden space and pool are for the exclusive use of guests. The house is located very close to the city of Girona, 5 km away. and the Costa Brava at 30 kl. It has capacity for 6/10 people. Its exterior and interior are prepared so that you have a very good and comfortable experience. There is wifi throughout the house. In this plant there are 2 double bedrooms with large single beds that can be pushed together. 2 sofa beds located in the main living room. 1 Suite with toilet and shower with a small kitchen, with two large single beds and two other bunk beds. 40 m2 living room with fireplace and wood stove and 30 m2 dining room with table and chairs for 10 people. Very spacious kitchen with everything you need. 1 WC with shower. and another WC + WC and shower in the Suite. There is air conditioning in the common areas and heating throughout the house. The total capacity of the plant is 10 people, four of whom will sleep in extra beds in common areas. The garden and pool areas are fenced and separated from the property's use areas. Throughout the premises there are two pergolas of 10 x 5 m (50 m2) each and a party tent of 40 m2. The areas for pets and the organic garden area of the house are separated from the areas for guest use.

Costa Brava, with it's length of about 100 km, runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. This makes the Costa Brava a very popular holiday destination for tourist who travel by car. In the South of the Costa Brava you will find the La Selva district, between the town of Blanes and Tossa de Mar. All Club Villamar villas are situated in this district. The Romans too knew that your days are best spend at the 'Rough Coast'. In the several fisherman villages you will find remains of this period, with the burrow of Tossa de Mar as a jewel on the crown. The kindness of the climate ( in winter the temperatures rarely drops below zero degrees and well is well above 30 degres in the summer), make it possible to enjoy this extraordinarily beautiful rugged coastline and the several sandy beaches year round.
