The property is located in a privileged area, surrounded by nature, far away from the noise and the hectic daily life but only 5 min. by car from the beautiful beach of St. Antoni.

This house of 125 m2 built on a plot of 500 m2 is distributed in one floor and consists of living room and dining room, equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one single bedroom, one bedroom with double bed and one single bed and two bathrooms.

In the outside area there is a pleasant and sunny terrace, a barbecue area and a nice garden with swimming pool.

You can park your car in an area inside the property.

The Costa Brava is one of the most beautiful coastal areas of our country, a small paradise that has it all: dreamlike landscapes, incredible beaches and coves, beautiful villages, medieval monuments and castles, a varied and rich gastronomy, lively festivals,  historical culture,  lots of traditions and much more!

St. Antoni belongs to the municipality of Calonge, located between the sea and the mountains, enjoying great natural wealth and diversity. At its beach you can enjoy a wide range of water activities (kayaking, diving, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, etc...) and in its promenade you will find an ample selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Nature lovers can enjoy its famous coastal path along the coast, as well as its beautiful inland paths.

In the village of Calonge it is essential to visit its castle built in the 11th century, one of the most imposing fortresses in the area, as well as its old town with its medieval streets.

Calonge and St. Antoni has been awarded the Family Tourism Destination seal, granted by the Catalan Tourism Agency.
