Violeta

Violeta is situated in a quiet cul de sac on the Golf Club Costa Brava just 300 meters from the 18th. hole of this magnificent 27 hole golf course. Parking is provided in the drive to the villa. The villa is on street level. The distance to the beautiful beach of S'Agaro is 7000 meters. Violeta is a fully detached villa with a large private swimming pool in the centre of the garden whose lawns merge into the surrounding valley and give fine views of the green mountains. Access to the swimming pool is down with an outside stairs or through the garden. The entrance to the villa is on the ground floor where all the floors are on one level: entrance hall,living room, dining room,three bedrooms,two bathrooms and large terrace overlooking the gardens. The inside is light with a cosy atmosphere and typically Spanish. This holiday residence is suitable for couples because of the large personal space.

Costa Brava
Costa Brava, with it's length of about 100 km, runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. This makes the Costa Brava a very popular holiday destination for tourist who travel by car. In the South of the Costa Brava you will find the La Selva district, between the town of Blanes and Tossa de Mar. The Romans too knew that your days are best spend at the 'Rough Coast'. In the several fisherman villages you will find remains of this period, with the burrow of Tossa de Mar as a jewel on the crown. The kindness of the climate (during winter the temperatures rarely drops below zero degrees, while during summer the temperature rises up to 30 degrees or more), make it possible to enjoy this extraordinarily beautiful rugged coastline and the several sandy beaches year round. Together with the hearthwarming character of the local populace, the rich historical past, the lovely green hills and the varied exquisite kitchen makes the Costa Brava a holiday region which has a lot going for itself.
