Your holiday residence near Lloret de Mar

This snug residence is wonderfully located in the neighbourhood of Santa Maria de Llorel, which is in between Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar. A nice, central base to unwind and enjoy the Spanish Costa Brava. The beach is only 1 kilometre away. Are you starting to imagine it? Lying on a deckchair with your eyes closed, while the sun tans your skin. You can take a refreshing dive into the clear sea water. Or perhaps you would like to try out one of the many (water)sport activities. It is ultimate enjoyment here. But you can also perfectly relax in and outside your own holiday home. There is a snug lounge corner with a fireplace and television. There is a dining corner and you will find your way around the kitchen before you know it. The garden of the home is sheltered and has a barbecue. You will probably spend many hours here! On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a double bed, the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds. Via this floor you can walk outside to the swimming pool with grass field. You share this beautiful swimming pool with the surrounding neighbours. It is a glorious place to cool off and have some fun.
The neighbourhood of Santa Maria de Llorel has different facilities. It has a bar/restaurant and a supermarket and you can also play tennis there. On the Sandy beach you can rent boats and participate in all sorts of sports activities. When you arrive you pay € 10,- per car for an entrance ticket to the neighbourhood.

The surroundings of your residence

Casita Carmen 34 is close to Lloret de Mar, so you won´t have to go far for the excitement of the centre and the sandy beach. Lloret is of course mostly known for its lively night life and the wonderful beach. You can try out one of many water sport activities. But did you know that the town was funded from pre-Roman settlements, that you can still view to this day? Main high lights are the architectural treasures like the church of San Roma, the castle of Sant Joan and different hermit chapels. Tossa de Mar, is just in the other direction, but also has an old centre. The beautiful green hills that surround the seaside resorts turn into a rough coast line. You will find small bays everywhere. A visit to the botanical gardens of Marimutra in Blanes or a visit to Vidreres, a nice typical Catalan town only 15 kilometres away, are definitely worth visiting. Not many tourists can be found here, so you can really mingle in with the Spanish locals here. It has a nice church with a lot of shops around it. Add to that the mild climate, the versatile Spanish kitchen and the many activities like a dolfinarium, golf courses, a water park and riding school and your holiday is complete. You have found your ideal holiday destination!
