Man merkt dem Haus an, dass es schon älter ist. Muffiger Geruch am Anfang und in den Schränken. Küchenschränke alle verzogen. Putz blättert ab und an Holzflügel der Fenster die Farbe.

Villa Perica is located in the neighbourhood of Santa Maria de Llorell between the nice seaside resorts Tossa de Mar (3km) and Lloret de Mar (8km) and looks out on the green hills and the Mediterranean Sea. It has its own sandy beach, supermarket, restaurant, several communal swimming pools, an internet cafe, and a carp pond. There is a parking lot at the beach and on the beach is a nice bar where you can order nice small meals. The neighbourhood is closed off by a guard and a barrier (upon arrival at Santa Maria de Llorel you pay 10 euro per car for an entry permit to the neighbourhood). As a result not everybody can simply enter the neighbourhood or access the beach. This adds an extra safe feeling to your stay there and makes this location very suitable for families with small children.
The surroundings of your villa
Not only will Perica charm you, the surroundings will also appeal to you. When exploring outside Santa Maria de Llorell, it is only 3 kilometres to the nice fishing-village Tossa de Mar. This is one of the places on the Costa Brava with the most remains from its founding period. The castle of Vila Vella in Tossa de Mar with its small streets and stairs has stayed intact. In the romantic castle you will find many excellent restaurants and nice shops that make the search for a nice souvenir easy. Tossa also has a nice broad sandy beach that seems to be carved out of the rocks and gives a rough but sweet image. You can find a little bit more excitement 8 kilometres in the opposite direction, where the always bubbly Lloret de Mar is waiting for you. Lloret de Mar is a really lively place where you can experience the nightlife or entertain yourself in nice streets with restaurants and shops. But there is also a lot to do for the more active holiday-makers, like golf courses, a big water park, a dolfinarium, riding schools, and sports centres. These will make sure you won’t have to be bored a single day.
