Interior of the apartment is cozy,comfortable and practical. Apartment Tatiana has a built surface of 45 square meters.
The villa has a swimming pool on the back facing south, stone barbecue, terraces, garden where you can try fresh organic fruit right from the trees.
You can reach this part by an external stairs up.
The owner live sometimes in the upperpart of the villa, his access is through the garden.
There are some friendly pets in the garden (cats). Cars can be parked comfortably just outside of the property. Having own transport is essential.
