With direct access to the pool with another barbecue, this floor has a living-dining room with a sofa bed and an open kitchen. It also has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
Exterior:
Private pool with a safety fence on the second floor for child protection, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the good weather. Two barbecues so you can prepare delicious meals outdoors. A garden and a swing set are available for fun and relaxation. Exterior access is via a staircase connecting the two floors. Off-street parking is available for your convenience.
