The owners of this very luxurious apartment have recently furnished with high quality indoor and outdoor furniture, it has hardly been occupied since completion and offers comfort as well as all modern day features. The build and fitting are of very high quality. Despite a first floor apartment it gives you the sense of being in a penthouse as the terrace is extremely spacious and not overlooked.
On entry to the apartment you will appreciate the spacious open plan living area, to the left is the fully equipped kitchen complete with SMEG appliances, the owners have thought of everything in terms of equipment. There is a three seater breakfast bar overlooking the lounge T.V area, which is tastefully furnished with a large comfortable white leather corner sofa suite, where you can relax and enjoy the large wide screen 3D television, which has many satellite channels, and for those cool autumnal evenings, there is a gas/electric fire. The dining room has a large glass top table with six leather seated chairs, both areas have sliding patio doors on to the very large terrace, which has substantial furniture for sunbathing, relaxing and al-fresco dining, which overlooks the magnificent Hotel Villa Padierna, where the Obamas stayed in 2011. There are magnificent views over the famous golf course down to the sea, the local mountains and the pool, of which there are two to choose from.
From the terrace you can access the master bedroom via sliding patio doors, the en-suite bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath tub and a very spacious shower unit, once again everything is of a particularly high quality. The second has two single beds that can be zipped together to for a king size bed, the second bathroom is close by. There is also a separate w.c. Both bathrooms have under floor heating.
The owners, who are members of Los Flamingos Golf & Country Club, are prepared to pass on to the first fifty visitors to the apartment, a fifty per cent discount on green fees, visitors are also able to use the Spa facilities of Hotel Villa Padierna, which boasts fine dining indoor and outdoor swimming pools, which are free to use, as is the use of Villa Padierna Beach Club, which is less than three kilometres away, a couple of minutes by car.
Golfers can indulge themselves on one of the three golf courses of Flamingos, Alferini and Tramores, there is also the Villa Padierna Michael Campbell Golf Academy. The 18 hole Los Flamingos course is 5,714 m. par 71 course, was designed by the renowned architect Antonio Garcia Garrido and it boasts a pristine landscape, with lots of different varieties of trees and spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. The Greens are generous in size; the fairways are narrower on the first part of the course, where more precision is required than in the second; the bunkers are filled with crushed white marble sand; the fairways are covered in Bermuda, except on certain holes where grass has been used, whilst the greens and tees are covered in Penncross.
Flamingos Golf has hosted prestigious tournaments such as the European Seniors Championship in 2002, 2003, 2004 and in the year 2010 the Spanish Women’s Open.
The apartment is a short drive to the beach, Marbella, Estepona and Puerto Banus are all only a few minutes’ drive away. Puerto Banus is where you will see the beautiful yachts, some of the world’s most luxurious cars and fabulous designer boutiques. You can enjoy international cuisine and relax in one of the several fashionable bars. Puerto Banus is where you can find the most exclusive shops and restaurants on the costa del sol, cinemas and shopping -centres like El Corte Ingles or Marina Banus.
Just a short walk from the marina is the bull-ring of Puerto Banus and Centro Plaza where you can find shops, restaurants, banks and supermarket. The Marbella Casino and the beach are also only a short walk away.

Marbella city centre is fifteen minutes by car, there you can enjoy a 15 km long promenade that goes all the way to San Pedro, with many beach restaurants where you can enjoy some great local fish dishes. The Old Town , also in the city centre, is full of history and charm this part of the city must not be missed. Another must see is the famous Orange Square. Both Marbella & Puerto Banus offer everything in the way of bars, restaurants and night clubs. It’s also only a few kilometers to Golf Valley. You will find many reasons to come back again and again, the little bars and shops, the ancient roman wall , the narrow cobbled streets and colourful balconies. And of course the locals, really friendly and open people.
The apartment is within a very secure gated community twenty four hour security. There are two beautiful pools, both with very large sun terraces and fabulous views.
The apartment is in the perfect position for both golfers and sun worshippers and is in the perfect position to explore the delights of the Costa del Sol and Southern Spain.
