The villa is spacious and has 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor all
with en suite bathrooms.

As you enter through the large beautiful front door you will be greeted by a large and airy entrance
that invites you into the villa's well-furnished and open dining area and living room.
By continuing through the living room you’ll find another smaller living room with large glass
windows which invites you to enjoy the views of the beautiful pool and the garden area.
The house is well decorated with light furnitures with hints of asian statement pieces which gives
the villa a cosy, calm and relaxing atmosphere.

The kitchen is large and has great space for preparing food for larger gatherings, it is well
equipped and has views to the garden area.

The outdoor area has a few meters covered terrace decorated with a great lounge area and a
dining table area both facing the beautiful garden and pool area. Around the pool there are cosy
small palm tree leaves umbrellas, a hammock and beautiful asian inspired jaws and statues which
makes the outdoor area complete for an relaxing chill out by the pool.

On the first floor you'll find the last 3 bedrooms all with access to the upper terrace which has a
breathtaking view over the sea and down the in beautiful garden. All three bedrooms are very light
and bright and again very well decorated.

Going shopping, Guadalmina commercial center offers shopping and dining opportunities which is
just by the high way exit of the villa.

For a more shopping and dining San Pedro is just next to Guadalmina and would only be a 5
minutes drive from the house or you could walk by the beach in 15 minutes.
Puerto Banus is a 7 minutes drive and the old town of Marbella is only 15 minutes.
