The villa sleeps 6 and has a great garden area for children to tumble around and is located in a really family friendly urbanization only 5 km east of Marbella city centre.
Through a courtyard you find the main entrance of the villa where directly right you find a functional bedroom with a bunk bed and build in wardrobes. To the left you find a little corridor that leads into the shared bathroom with sink, combi of shower/bath tub, a bidet and toilet and next door there is second bedroom that has a double bed of 1.50 and wardrobe.
The open environmental and cosy living and lounge has a dining table for 6 and a sofa group. From this area there is direct access through sliding doors to a covered terrace with build in BBQ and a dining table.
A staircase from the living leads to the master bedroom with double bed of 1,50 m and a private terrace. The 2nd bathroom has a sink, toilet and combi of shower/bathtub.
The garden area is magnificent and well maintained. From the east corner of the plot you have private access through the dunes to reach the beach within 30 meters.
The entire plot is secured. The entrance gate is remote controlled.
