This amazing apartment is divided into 3 floor levels starting on the 1 floor with a nice new fully fitted modern kitchen with a small balcony. From the kitchen you walk directly into a large and light living room nicely furnished and with access to a lovely terrace with outdoor dinner table and lounge area facing one of the most charming and Andalucían Urbanizations, Aldea Blanca. Also on the 1 floor there is a guest toilet.

Walking up the stairs to 2nd floor you will find the sleeping section. 2 bedrooms divided in one large master bedroom with a queen size bed and access to a smaller lounge terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds. The 2nd floor shares a large bathroom with a spacious shower.
The 3rd floor is a sun terrace with two sun chairs. Within the rent there is also a private underground parking for the apartment.

The pool area is located privately and is very luxurious with nice white sun beds outdoor shower and bathrooms and a cosy lounge area all styled in a nice clean beach club vibe.

The apartment is great for small families or couples that loves being in the centre of Puerto Banus with walking distance to the harbour, beach, restaurants and beach clubs but still has the quietness that Nueva Andalucia offers.
Only a few meters from the apartment there is a great and well-known restaurant called Volem and within 7min walk you can walk to Centro Plaza, which has plenty of shops and restaurants and a small local supermarket. On Saturdays there is a big street market around Centro Plaza.
